Introducing REJKT.XYZ
Your New Companion For Art Discovery On Tezos
1,000 words, 5 minute read

Recently, I wrote about Objkt.com, the leading NFT marketplace on Tezos. For many collectors, Objkt is the go-to hub for Tezos-based art, but with so many diverse artists minting 24/7 from all corners of the world, plus the feed including almost all art minted on Tezos, filtering down to personal taste isn’t always easy. How could art discovery on Tezos be improved without competing with current marketplaces?
Enter REJKT, a platform made by art lovers for art lovers. REJKT is now live, so let’s take a look under the hood and explore how this new discovery tool helps us enhance the joy of finding art we love by the many artists of the Tezos art community.

What Is REJKT? #
REJKT is a platform designed to help collectors find art on Tezos with refined filters to curate and personalize art discovery. It’s not a marketplace, so it doesn’t sell NFTs. It serves as a companion dApp for Tezos NFT Marketplaces (Objkt, TEIA, Akaswap, etc.) working alongside them to create a better overall experience for Tezos art enthusiasts.
Built by the team at FAFO Lab, @skllzrmy and @_TransparentArt, REJKT focuses on surfacing recent mints and artworks that may not show up in the usual trending feeds. It monitors on-chain activity to identify artists who are actively minting art with available primary listings.
As a daily user of Objkt for many years, I’ve grown accustomed to navigating the various obstacles involved with a permissionless art marketplace, and Objkt does offer helpful filters when exploring, but once I tried REJKT I quickly understood how using it could help me find more art I love.
The site has personality. From UX to the back end, everything works as it should. When bugs are discovered, the team is quick to act and provides a “report bug” button on the site. Another charming touch when navigating is the adorable mascot, Reggie the Hamster, who keeps you company with comic relief during loading screens. All of this reflects the care and consideration of the team behind it. Ask around the Tezos community and you’ll get unanimously positive feedback about the team at FAFO Lab.
These two talents care deeply about the future of art and Tezos, showing continued commitment to the well-being of the Tezos ecosystem and its community.

A Strong First Impression On Desktop And Mobile #
When you go to rejkt.xyz, the very first thing you see is a clean display of curated art, a button for learning more about Tezos, and a button that takes you to the main art feed. When you scroll down from there, various artworks and artists appear in another clean display. Below that, is a brief explanation of how REJKT works. The homepage feels elegant and gives a strong first impression that invites users to start clicking and digging into the art.

Feeds That Focus On The Art #
At the heart of REJKT is its live art feed. This stream of recent primary listings from active artists is curated through on-chain activity. It removes the noise from secondary sales or bulk drops, giving you a clean look at fresh art on Tezos. All you see on this feed is art. No prices, no title or edition info, just the art itself in a large gallery format. If you want to refine the curation, clicking the green icon at the top right will reveal advanced filtering options. Once you refine the filters, the experience of searching for the art you love becomes free of distractions, all while knowing that when something stops you in your tracks, you can click on the artwork and reveal more info. If you wish to collect, you simply click the button showing the price, and it directs you to the marketplace listing to finalize your purchase.
If you are looking to connect with artists before even diving into the art itself, there is also an artist feed. This tab gives users a clean display of recently active artists on Tezos, with powerful single click profile links over each profile displayed.

Future Developments From Your Feedback #
With time and enough support from the community simply by using REJKT, the experience of discovery can continue to improve. If you have a suggestion while navigating REJKT, just hit the “report a bug” button at the bottom right of the site.
“We’re always working to improve our algorithms and provide relevant filters, and looking for opportunities to reduce the friction in finding art. One day we hope to deploy a fully autonomous AI assistant that can help curate the feed to your taste automatically, but we are just at the tip of the iceberg. This was the platform we needed so we can build the stuff we dreamed of.” — Skllzrmy of FAFO Lab
“REJKT is a beginning. It’s an invitation to the tezos community to meet FAFO and be part of our dream of making Tezos a better place to publish, discover, and consume art.” — Transparent Art

Time To Enhance Your Art Discovery On Tezos #
Open marketplaces are significant for accessibility, but with art being minted around the clock from every part of the globe, it’s easy for your specific tastes to get buried and, therefore, harder to find. Art discovery has become very much like doom scrolling social media. What used to feel exciting and personal now can feel like digging through clutter. When everything is visible all at once, less stands out.
REJKT was created to shift that experience. Instead of relying on what’s trending or most minted, the platform focuses on surfacing art that feels special, yet unseen. It’s not trying to replace Objkt or any other Tezos based NFT marketplace. In fact, it’s meant to help collectors cut through the noise and connect with the joy of finding artists making art they love. So go forth and discover amazing art at REJKT.xyz. FAFO Lab is ready to hear your thoughts!
