Last week saw one of the biggest art events of the year, Art Basel in Basel Switzerland. This year’s show - the first for two years without Covid-related restrictions - brought together more than 200 galleries and 4,000 artists from all over the world. Forbes.com recently published a digest of the best of Art Basel 2022, and the Tezos Lounge gets a prominent mention.
Recent years have seen an increase in the acceptance of non-traditional media, and alongside paintings and iconic sculptures at Art Basel 2022 was plenty of generative digital art. The exhibition provided attendees with an interactive experience, including the chance to create generative artwork in real-time and mint it as an NFT.
