The very first TezDev event, held last week in Paris, France, has ended, with Tezos co-founder and early architect Arthur Breitman optimistic in his keynote speech that the Tezos blockchain could achieve 1,000,000 transactions per second by mid-2023.

The 3-day conference saw more than 400 registrants attend panels and talks hosted by some of the foremost thought-leaders in the Tezos ecosystem. Alongside on-site experiences, two interviews, with TZ Connect director John Newby, and Baptiste Crespy, founder of (fx)hash, were live-streamed from the show. The event also provided an opportunity for developers to network, and participate in live-coding exercises with teams from all over the world.

Videos from TezDev will be uploaded in the coming days to the Tezos YouTube channel, and if you couldn’t make the event, be sure to check out the new Tezos Developer Portal, which contains all the information you’ll need to get started developing on the world’s most advanced blockchain.
