Click. Upgrade. Refine: The Uranium Game You Didn't Know You Needed
This Addictive Browser Game Could Earn You Real Uranium Tokens.

Uranium.io, the platform that tokenized real uranium and made it accessible to everyone, has now dropped a new uranium mining game. I’m talking, of course about geturanium.io, and believe me, it is more than just a fun time-waster. It’s a uranium-themed idle clicker with a crypto twist: everything you collect and refine in-game can eventually earn you xU308 tokens through an airdrop at the end of the season.
No download needed, no wallet required to start, although you will need to connect one later at uranium.io to receive your rewards at the end of the season. Open your browser, start collecting, and see how far you can go.
What is GetUranium.io? #

Geturanium.io is a browser-based game built around digital uranium mining. Players collect uranium shards, upgrade their mining setup, and refine those shards into xU308 tokens. These tokens aren’t just for show, they tie into a season-based system where your in-game performance determines your reward at the end.
To get started, you’ll need to log in using one of your existing accounts, Google, Discord, or X (Twitter). This step is quick and lets you save progress across sessions without needing a wallet or any crypto setup.
Season 1 is live now, with about 50 days remaining. The more xU308 you manage to refine by the end, the more you’ll receive as airdropped tokens.
How It Works #

The core loop is simple: you click on uranium shards as they roll across a conveyor belt. Over time, you use the shards you collect to upgrade your operation.
At first, you’ll be clicking everything manually. But it doesn’t take long before you unlock better conveyor speed, larger capacity (more shards appearing at once), and increased refinery efficiency.
There are also temporary boosters that can be purchased with shards. These include automated collecting, shard value multipliers, and conveyor speed boosts, each lasting 10 minutes. Used strategically, they can help you rack up shards much faster and optimize your refining cycles.
You can start refining once you’ve gathered 100,000 shards. A single refinement takes 8 hours and produces 1 xU308 token. You can keep refining as long as you have the shards, and the goal is to produce as many tokens as possible before the season ends.
When you’re ready to claim your rewards at the end of the season, you’ll need to connect the wallet that you use at the uranium.io platform (or simply create a new one if you don’t already have an account there) to receive your xU308 tokens.
Tips #

While the game is easy to get into, there are a few things that can give you a head start.
One of the quickest ways to earn a large amount of shards early is by completing tasks like following Uranium on Twitter, joining their Telegram and Reddit communities, and referring friends. These tasks don’t take much time and can fund your first wave of upgrades or boosters without a single click.
Upgrades are permanent and stack, so the earlier you invest in them, the more you benefit in the long run. Focusing on refinery efficiency early on can reduce the grind later, while speed and capacity upgrades increase the flow of shards.
Boosters, especially the auto-collecting one, are worth using every chance you get, as long as the game window is open (even in the background). In most cases, you’ll collect many more shards during the 10-minute boost than what you paid for it, even if your upgrades aren’t maxed out. For the best results, activate boosters when you know you’ll be online.

Geturanium.io is simple on the surface, but once you get into the rhythm of upgrading and refining, it becomes surprisingly strategic — especially when there’s an actual token reward on the line. It’s a game, it’s a challenge, and it’s also a unique way to engage with the idea of token mining in a format that anyone can try. The game is part of the larger uranium.io platform, which is clearly building toward something bigger.
Season 1 is already live. If you’re curious, jump in and see how many xU308 tokens you can mine before time runs out. And looking at the site, it’s clear that more features are coming, so now’s a great time to get familiar, start refining, and be ready for what’s next.
